classic preparation techniques, and rich, vibrant flavors.

The Menu

Classic empanadas with savory minced meat filling – juicy, aromatic, and traditionally seasoned.
Vegetarian empanadas – for example with cheese and onions or spinach and ricotta,

well-balanced and full of flavor.
A sweet finish inspired by classic Argentinian desserts.

Together, we prepare all dishes and enjoy them in a traditional way – relaxed, social, and eaten by hand, just like in Argentina.

Learn how to prepare traditional empanada dough by hand.
We work with high-quality ingredients such as flour, olive oil, fresh vegetables, and selected meats.
Classic fillings: We introduce you to typical variations – from seasoned minced meat with peppers

and onions to vegetarian alternatives. Explained step by step, also suitable for beginners.

About the Instructor

Guillermo is from Argentina and brings the culinary traditions of his home country with authenticity.

With great passion and experience, he teaches the art of empanada-making and shares personal

insights into Argentinian food culture.

The class is held in German.
