The Menu
Butter Chicken – tender marinated chicken in a creamy, delicately spiced tomato sauce. You learn the balanced use of traditional Indian spices and the importance of roasting aromas and timing for a well-rounded flavor.
Double Ka Meetha – a traditional Indian bread pudding dessert with milk, nuts, and fine spices as a sweet finish.

Together, you prepare all dishes and enjoy them served in a relaxed, traditional setting.

About the Instructor
Sid is originally from Hyderabad and has been living in Ulm since 2019. Alongside his long-standing career in IT, his passion lies in authentic South Indian cuisine. His culinary travels across India have shaped his calm, knowledgeable approach to cooking, which he shares with clarity and enthusiasm.

Language

The cooking class is held in a relaxed mix of German and English. Don't worry – every step is demonstrated right at the stove and explained clearly. Cooking brings people together, and once everyone starts tasting the dishes, language quickly becomes secondary.

Sid is enthusiastically learning German and occasionally complements his explanations in English whenever helpful.
