The Menu

Red Thai curry – rich, spicy, and full-bodied.
Green Thai curry – fresh, aromatic, and pleasantly spicy.
Yellow Thai curry – mild, creamy, and delicately balanced.
A fitting finish to round off the menu.

Together, you’ll prepare all dishes and enjoy them in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Learn the fundamentals of Thai cooking and understand the differences between the various curries.
We work with typical ingredients such as coconut milk, fresh herbs, chili, and aromatic curry pastes.
Step by step, you’ll learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors – and how to adapt

and creatively vary curries to your taste.

About the Instructor

Marcus brings his passion for international cuisine and refined flavors into the class.

With experience and clarity, he teaches you the fundamentals of Thai cooking in an inspiring way.
