The Menu
Daal Palak – creamy lentils with fresh spinach, finely balanced and aromatic.
Spiced fried cabbage, optionally complemented with tender chicken – well-seasoned and rich in flavor.
A traditional Indian dessert as a sweet finish.

Together, you prepare all dishes and enjoy them served in the traditional style on a single plate - relaxed,

social, and full of flavor.

About the Instructor
Sid is originally from Hyderabad and has been living in Ulm since 2019. Alongside his long-standing

career in IT, his passion lies in authentic South Indian cuisine. Through culinary travels across India,

he has gained deep insight into regional flavors and traditions, which he shares with calmness and dedication.

Language

The cooking class is held in a relaxed mix of German and English. Don't worry – every step is demonstrated right at the stove and explained clearly. Cooking brings people together, and once everyone starts tasting the dishes, language quickly becomes secondary.

Sid is enthusiastically learning German and occasionally complements his explanations in English whenever helpful.
