Experience the diversity of Italian street food and join us on a culinary journey to Southern Italy. In this special cooking class, we explore traditional specialties that have been enjoyed for generations in Italian markets, small bakeries, and family gatherings.
The menu
Together, we will prepare Sfincione – the traditional Sicilian street food specialty with airy dough and aromatic toppings – as well as Scacciata di Brokkoli, a savory stuffed pizza from Southern Italy filled with broccoli and known for its rustic character.
Along the way, you will learn different dough-making techniques, work with typical Italian ingredients, and discover how authentic dishes full of flavor can be created from simple, high-quality components.
The focus is on baking together, enjoying Mediterranean flavors, and sharing the experience – inspired by the Italian way of life.
