The Menu

​Bruschetta with gluten-free bread – fresh, crispy, and full of flavor.
Homemade gnocchi – soft and delicate, served with a light sauce of tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.
Spaghetti ice cream dessert with fresh strawberries – a sweet classic with a twist.

Together, you’ll prepare all dishes and enjoy them in a relaxed and social atmosphere – easygoing,

fun, and all about cooking together.

Learn how to make gnocchi from scratch and what matters for the perfect texture.
We use fresh ingredients and guide you step by step to create great dishes from simple components.
You’ll develop a feel for cooking, get creative, and bring in your own ideas.

About the Instructor
Miriam is a trained hospitality professional and certified nutrition and physical activity educator

for children. With experience, patience, and enthusiasm, she supports young people in developing

a positive relationship with healthy food and confident cooking skills.

This cooking class is designed for young adults aged 16+ and is held in German.
