🍛❤️ Butter Chicken – Indian Comfort Food

Creamy, flavorful, simply irresistible: Butter Chicken is one of India's most popular dishes – and the perfect introduction to Indian cuisine. In this course, we'll show you how to create a velvety, addictive sauce from tenderly marinated chicken, tomatoes, butter, and aromatic spices.

🔥 You'll learn how typical Indian spices work together harmoniously.

🥘 You'll discover why time and roasting make the flavor so special.

🍚 Perfect to serve with rice or naan.

🍮  Sweet finale: Double Ka Meetha

Together we will also prepare the traditional Indian dessert Double Ka Meetha – a warm, aromatic bread pudding dessert with milk, nuts, and delicate spices. The perfect ending to a truly Indian comfort food meal.

A course for everyone who loves comfort food, is curious about Indian flavors, and craves true soul food.
