Indian cooking – colorful, spicy, enjoy together!
Would you like to take a little taste trip to India? In our cooking class we will discover the diversity of Indian cuisine together - full of spices, color and aroma!
We cook four authentic dishes:
🥬🌿🍲 Daal Palak – creamy lentils with fresh spinach
🥬🔥🍽️ Cabbage Fry – spicy fried cabbage, with chicken if desired
🥣🌶️🍛 Sambhar – a hearty lentil and vegetable stew from southern India
🍚🥛🍯✨ Payasam – a sweet Indian desert
Chop, stir, season together – and discover the secrets of Indian cooking. At the end, all dishes are traditionally arranged on a plate - as is customary in India - and eaten together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Look forward to a day full of new flavors, exciting kitchen tricks and really good food - without any stress, but with lots of fun and enjoyment!
👨🍳 About our Sid
Our course leader comes from Hyderabad and has lived in Ulm since 2019. He has worked in IT professionally for over 20 years, but his true passion is cooking - especially authentic South Indian cuisine. His culinary journey took him across India - from Delhi and Mumbai to Bangalore and Daman - and awakened his love for the diverse flavors and traditions of his country.
He speaks eight Indian languages and is currently learning German - if necessary he can already speak a few words 😉.
The cooking course takes place in English.
