Course Overview: In this workshop, we will show you how to prepare Adobo in three different variations:

  • Vegan Adobo with Tofu – A plant-based version that is just as aromatic and savory as the original!

  • Chicken Adobo – The traditional chicken Adobo, juicy and packed with flavor.

  • Pork Adobo – The classic of Filipino cuisine, tender pork in a savory marinade.

What to Expect:

  • Hands-on Cooking: You will be directly involved in preparing the dishes, learning step by step how to make each Adobo perfectly.

  • Tips and Tricks: Our experienced chefs will share their secrets for achieving the perfect flavor – whether vegan, with chicken, or pork.

  • Shared Tasting: At the end of the course, you will taste and enjoy the finished dishes together with other participants!
