In this cooking class, you will dedicate yourself to a true classic of Italian family cuisine:

homemade, aromatic, and prepared entirely from scratch. The focus is on fresh ingredients,

careful preparation, and the unmistakable flavor that comes from genuine craftsmanship.

 

The Menu
Lasagna with homemade pasta sheets and a classic meat sauce – layered carefully and

baked in the oven until golden brown.
For dessert, a fresh Macedonia di frutta, Italy’s beloved fruit salad with Amaretto – light,

seasonal, and naturally sweet.

You will learn the fundamentals of pasta dough preparation, discover what makes a perfectly

balanced lasagna, and gain insights into traditional techniques of Italian home cooking.

Afterwards, we will enjoy the dishes together in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

 

About the Instructor
Miriam is a trained hotel management professional and certified nutrition and physical activity

educator. Her passion lies in good food, mindful nutrition, and the joy of cooking together –

experiences she shares with calmness and heart.

 

The course is held in German.
