In this cooking class, you will discover a light, summery side of Italian cuisine: fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and great attention to handmade detail. Together we prepare classic dishes that beautifully combine simplicity and taste.
The Menu
Panzanella – the traditional Italian bread salad with sun-ripened tomatoes, aromatic herbs, and fine olive oil.
Alongside, homemade ravioli with a delicate ricotta filling, served in a fresh lemon sauce – light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced.
You will learn the fundamentals of ravioli making, gain insights into everyday Italian home cooking, and discover how harmonious dishes can be created from just a few high-quality ingredients. Afterwards, we will enjoy everything together in a relaxed atmosphere.
About the Instructor
Miriam is a trained hotel management professional and certified nutrition and physical activity educator. Her passion lies in good food, mindful nutrition, and the joy of cooking together – experiences she shares with calmness and heart.
The course is held in German.
