About the Instructor
Brian is the owner of the Pacifico Food Truck and brings his experience in modern street food and fusion cuisine directly to the cooking class. Many of the dishes you know from there, you can prepare here yourself – practically, authentically, and with clear instructions.
The course takes place in a relaxed English atmosphere.
