In this cooking class, you explore traditional Italian everyday cuisine: quality ingredients,
clear flavors, and true craftsmanship.
The Menu
Freshly prepared tagliatelle with three classic sauces: a fruity tomato sauce, a mild and
creamy broccoli sauce, and the purist classic Aglio e Olio.
For dessert, a light lemon mousse.
You learn the fundamentals of pasta making, gain insight into Italian home cooking,
and enjoy the dishes together in a relaxed atmosphere.
About the Instructor
Miriam is a trained hospitality professional and certified nutrition and physical activity educator. Her passion lies in good food, mindful nutrition, and the joy of cooking together—values she shares with calmness and dedication.
The course is held in German.
