Autumn Wild Plant Cuisine

Discover Nature's Hidden Treasures

Healthy. Sustainable. Simple.

From Meadow and Forest to your Plate

Discover the culinary treasures of autumn and explore how edible wild plants, herbs and wild fruits can enrich your everyday cooking.

Together with Kerstin, you'll prepare a seasonal wild plant menu while learning which edible plants and wild fruits are available during autumn, how to identify them safely and how to use them creatively in your own kitchen.

Regional ingredients, sustainability and a mindful appreciation of nature are at the heart of this course.

What You'll Learn

We begin with a refreshing Rosehip Smoothie before preparing a Nettle Tarte Flambée, a Wild Herb Salad with Blackberry Dressing, Pasta with Acorn Bolognese, and finish with a delicious Quince & Sloe Crumble.

Throughout the course, Kerstin will share valuable knowledge about foraging edible wild plants. You'll learn which species grow in your local area during autumn, how to identify them safely, and how to prepare and preserve wild plants and wild fruits for everyday use.
